Charcuteries Definition

​Charcuteries are similar to crudités. The meat and cheeses added to the platter make a charcuterie a charcuterie.
 
Examples of meats used in charcuteries are salami, pepperoni, and prosciutto. And examples of cheeses are mozzarella, Swiss, and cheddar.
